Presented by midwives in a caring and supportive manner, either privately or in the maternity hospitals around Ireland. Best to book into these classes early as they do fill up.

Great for tone and flexibility during pregnancy along with strengthening your core and learning breathing exercises in preparation for labor and birth. Best to start classes from week 14 on.
You will participate in a range of gentle movements and postures that will help support and strengthen your muscle tone. These antenatal exercises will help you and your body prepare for the birth of your baby, and the breathing and relaxation exercises will help you conserve your energy.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is health maintenance of the spinal column that is very beneficial before, during and after pregnancy and is an important part of birth preparation that helps keep the spine aligned for safer, easier birthing for both mothers and their babies. Birth Doula’s also can support you in hospital with your birth, however they do not perform clinical or give medical advice.
